Statement of Faith

Find Your Brave is committed to the core tenets of Evangelical Christian beliefs, which we deem essential
for a comprehensive understanding of our Christian faith. These beliefs inspire mutual love,
practical Christian service, and a commitment to share the good news of the Gospel with those we
encounter in our circle of influence.

As Evangelical Christians, we embrace the revelation of the One God in Three Persons
(God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Person of the Holy Spirit) as presented in the Bible, and we uphold
the historic faith of the Gospel.

Our Core Beliefs:

1) God

We believe in the one true God—holy, loving, and glorious—eternally existence in the Trinity:
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We affirm God's sovereignty and grace in creation, providence,
revelation, redemption, and final judgment.

2) The Bible/Scripture

We uphold the divine inspiration of the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, recognizing
their complete trustworthiness and supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

3) The Human Condition

We recognize the universal sinfulness, guilt, and lost condition of humanity resulting from the
Fall of man as described in Genesis Chapter 3, rendering all of humanity subject to God's
wrath and condemnation.

4) Jesus Christ: His Person and Work

We affirm that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, born of the virgin Mary. We believe in
His sinless life, His substitutionary atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His
ascension into heaven, His victorious reign, and His future return.

Jesus is the sole mediator, and His sacrificial death is the all-sufficient ground for redemption
from the guilt and power of sin and its eternal consequences. By God's grace alone, through
faith in Christ, sinners are justified and receive the gift of eternal life.

We believe in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ's perfect and sufficient work on
the cross, which grants forgiveness of sins.

5) The person of the Holy Spirit

We affirm the convicting, regenerating, indwelling, illuminating, empowering, comforting, and
sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit.

6) The Church

We believe in the universal Church, with Christ as its Head, expressed through local
congregations of believers committed to proclaiming and demonstrating the Gospel
worldwide. We uphold the priesthood of all believers and the divine ordinances of Baptism
and the Lord's Supper.

7) Eternal Life and our future hope

We believe in the personal, visible, and triumphant return of the Lord Jesus Christ in power
and glory to fully establish His universal reign. We affirm His final judgment of all people with
justice, leading to eternal punishment for those who reject Him and eternal life for believers.
