Eric and Terri Kruschke are the founders of Find Your Brave which started in 2023, with the purpose of supporting, advising and equipping Christian believers in their relationship with the Lord Jesus and in their God-given calling.
Eric and Terri are working with other like-minded believers across Ireland to build a Christian entrepreneur network.
The building blocks for this goal are quarterly breakfast business meetings, focused-topic trainings, and tailored personal coaching.
The foundational pillars of Find Your Brave are Investigate, Inspire, and Inform. These pillars are the undercurrent of each meeting, on social media, and through networking.
Eric and Terri are originally from the US and moved with their family to Cork, Ireland in 2007, where they are currently planted and serving in a local church.
Eric has primarily been working in an engineering career for the last 30+ years. He is currently a Senior Manager in Process Development at Boston Scientific Corporation, a multi-national medical company.
He has worked at many sites and in many functions for Boston Scientific but currently works in Cork, Ireland and supports the New Product Development of primarily Oncology devices in the Process Development department.
Eric is also a technical trainer for Boston Scientific and at the
Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI).
He also acts as a business and career coach to provide coaching
and mentoring support to individuals within Boston Scientific
and beyond.
Terri is a corporate trainer and business coach. She partners with multinationals, private companies and public service entities in training and development in topics such as Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Personality Types, and Multigenerational and Multicultural Workplaces.
Terri also works with individuals in teams in business and career coaching, using the Insights Discovery Personality Profile to help guide conversations around how our behaviour and personality types impact our relationships with others.
Eric and Terri are the co-owners of Cornerstone Learning, a corporate training and coaching company which provides training and coaching services.
